TL;DR – Was turned down for sex. don't want to be annoying by keep trying, how to ask their boundaries?
I've been seeing this woman (30F) for over 2 month. Our chemistry is good, we've made out and cuddled. She invited me to hangout one night to watch shows at her place, and I mistakenly assumed sex was on the table.
When she turned me down, I stopped. This feels like a new territory, because when I was younger I would've just kept trying. I've realized that keep trying to initate sex is annoying AF, But I'm just having trouble coming up with how to initiate this subject.
"Can we talk about how you value sex? Like Do you need more time to build trusts before being able to feel sexual intimacy?". These questions feel like it's making a lot of assumptions and feels awkward.
