On Saturday, my boyfriend and I went downtown for a big event. We planned to park in a parking garage, but it was closed for the weekend. My boyfriend had been struggling that week with work, mental health, and a general sense of helplessness, and this situation seemed to set him off. In the two years we've been dating, he has never had an incident like this, so it threw me off and scared me when he started yelling about his life not going right and wouldn't let me help him. He has since talked to his therapist and psychiatrist, who believe he was triggered by his ongoing mental health issues. He has apologized repeatedly for his behavior. Should I be worried since this happened?
