Hiiii, so I often find myself freeze completely, when someone is crying or needs comfort, when they're speaking about their emotions
:(( I never knew how to make them feel better, and it's not that I don't want to help them, I really do want to be their shoulder but I can't. I tried reading all those tips like hugging, nodding or asking questions to help understand their situation, but when I tried it, it just didn't came as expected. Any tips? 😢
