My bf’s penis is too big. How can I make sex less painful and more enjoyable?

My bf and I have quite a big height difference and he also just has a huge penis. When we have sex it tends to hurt and we think he is hitting my cervix. When we have sex it also tends to tear the end of my vagina which burn and are just uncomfortable. We want to keep having sex but we don’t want it to be painful for me when we do. What can we do to help our situation? (We have tried lube and foreplay)
