An Aussie here, just watched a shit tone of Aussie body cam and what I have noticed a lot is that our officers will swear and cuss out suspects that swear at them, yet with US officers they seem to stay quiet / not swear or insult suspects that swear and insult them. So the question is – Is there a reason for this? Will the police department get sued if an officer called a swearing suspect a sh*t-head?
