Is it normal to become numb when you get older?

I'm 30 and i don't know what has happened to me, but i feel very numb these days i mean emotionally. I don't really feel much when i'm with a women or care much about people except for a few people. Is that normal for a man as you get older? I guess experiences make you a bit jaded in a way
