is it safe to bleed after masturbation?

to give some context, i shoved up a tube of shaving cream(closed) up my vag bc i was really horny, when I pulled it out, there was blood on it, should I be concerned? i don't know if it's an issue or not, it doesn't hurt physically, just feels weird, and idk if bleeding after masturbation is safe or dangerous
