My (20F) bf (19M) often complains of testicular pain after he orgasms. He describes it as dull, heavy feeling. Penetration, oral, even masturbating cause discomfort. It happens almost every session, if we do a round 2 it’s worse. In my opinion the scrotum seems to swell slightly.
I can’t imagine this is normal? Perhaps if it happened after round 2, but we can go a week without intercourse and he’d still have discomfort.
Our penetrative sessions last perhaps 5-8, but there is a lot of foreplay.
