Hi, I need to know what change it’s been. I just found a YouTube channel by a guy saying that when you go to Brazil people are open to socializing with each other even if they are strangers wherever you go.
For example you go by your own anywhere and someone from the place will approach you and talk to you be it a man or a woman.
When he got back to America he said it’s dystopian in the way people don’t socialize with each other except within their own circle.
So far I have seen a man and a woman claim it started in the 2010s. What happened and how has the change happened? How was the transition from that society to what we have now?
By the way this person’s YouTube videos are flooded with comments by people who’ve also been to these South American countries saying they agree.
