How do you talk to friends with no same interests?

Hi, so I just wanted to know how do people do this? My friends never share the same interests as me, when we go out it’s just awkward, because none of us in the friend group don’t know what to talk about, so we don’t even go out anymore. I tried to get them into some things, and they didn’t like them, then some of the friends get into them after meeting someone completely new, every friendship (at least from my school) I knew has something in common at least one thing. My friendgroup became friends, because of a game we all played, but then we stopped playing it and now we have nothing. What can I do to keep this friendgroup alive? Sorry for bad english.
