I lied about not being a virgin to my friends and girl i’m talking to.

Me 17M was around 15/16 and lied to my two close male friends about losing my virginity after homecoming. From there it kept building with more and more lies about girls I was talking to who wanted to have sex but I was never down for that, I never even kissed any of them. They eventually told the other 6 girls in our friend group and now they all think I have slept with 5 different girls. Since I have started talking to one of the girls in the friendgroup that I have had an on/off crush/fling with I have felt extreme guilt about lying. How do I come clean to her and all my friends?
