Hey everyone, so I (30F) met a guy (32M) a few times at a shared interest event we both attended. When I met him there I just talked to him for a few minutes and didn’t flirt or anything. I didn’t think much of it. A few weeks ago, I ran into him while I was going out, he got my number, we were super flirty with each other. I felt really good chemistry with him. I honestly felt like kissing him. We only talked for 30 ish minutes or so because I had to meet some friends. I ran into him again about a week later. We talked for a bit but my friend was there.
Anyways, 5 days after I last ran into him, he didn’t text me, so I decided to text him and ask him how his night went. He said it would be more fun if I came. We texted a bit more and he said that he wanted to take me out. I said Yes and that I would love that. Well that was 5 days ago. I have not gotten a response back yet. I’ve also seen him posting stuff on social media so if he has time for that, why doesn’t he have time to text me back? I’m so confused and honestly really hurt. Is he still interested in me? Why would he ask me out only to ignore and ghost me when I said yes?
Again, I feel like we had great chemistry. I’m so sad and I would love to go on a date with him. Any insight would be great.
