Doc app,was he flirting?

Hi everyone,f36 married,going through the worst shit in my life with my husband and it don't look like we will pull through,it has took its toll on my mental health and started to effect my physical health so I knew time to stop been a martyr and make docs app,I went in,never met this doc before,much older than me,guessing 20 years,very very handsome,now I'm not sure if I am getting confused,was he an amazing kind doctor with lots of empathy or was he flirting ?I was pretty composed in there,so I didn't put any pass on it and pretended not to notice,but I could just get this energy off him that he was interested,so when I was telling him about how I was feeling he leaned in and gently took something off my face,guessing mascara or an eyelash,but it was done in a caressing way,pushed my hair back behind my ear,took blood pressure,I'm fully aware they are almost on top of you for that but he gently stroked my arm,thought he was staring at my skin,when I was leaving he put his hand on my shoulder,what exactly was this???
