What is it about “fun girls”?

All I see is that guys love “fun girls” and are practically the girls “every guy wants”. But I’m intrigued on why guys say they love them but won’t commit to one, or accidentally fall in love with one but would choose these type of girls over “good girls”. These type of girls basically have guys wrapped around their finger! How can I ever be like one? I’m very introverted lol
