I'm wondering if anyone knows anywhere I can find good American recipes that have some ingredients swapped out for stuff easier to find in Europe. I've had trouble finding the right stuff for chilli, gumbo, corn bread, different styles of American pizza (Chicago, Detroit, crispy thin crust), etc. It's hard in my city in centralish Europe to even find spicy peppers.
Bonus points if you know a similar thing for Ethiopian and Korean food.
