I recently found out through a mutual friend that a guy I have a bit of history with is actually interested in me. Our friends have been encouraging him to reach out, but he hasn't made any move so far.
Is he just shy, or has he changed his mind? I’ve heard the saying "if he wanted to, he would," but I know he also likes the chase. Should I wait it out, or move on? Could it be that he's waiting for a sign from me, or is it more likely that he's just not interested enough to take action?
