Are medical diagnosis from the US valid in the UK?

Hi, my partner is thinking of moving to the UK with me in the near future and one of the more difficult things to prepare is medical information. They have some mental health diagnosis and take medication for them, and they are also on hrt through a gender dysphoria diagnosis. Would these all be valid in the UK so they can get meds prescribed here?
