Hi – I regularly ship marketing materials around the country and am really struggling with DPD Online. The more I use them, the worse the the whole thing becomes. Their booking, payment etc systems are terrible.
I've looked at Fed Ex, but apparently Reading to Milton Keynes is too far off the beaten track for them, and I can't book it.
Can anyone recommend one that isn't terrible?
