Fellow Americans, how would you rate your city in terms of city planning (e.g. transit, walkability, zoning, etc.)?

Albuquerque is at the crisscross of two major freeways and accidents and congestion are common. However, drainage canals and the Rio Grande have bike paths built around them which make commuting much easier.
