Question games while Ace and neurodivergent

Playing talking question games with people I mostly don't know while having adhd and being ace is a genuine nightmare, cause I'm expected to come up with something witty, but I really can't and I also don't get the inside jokes, so I just end up feeling left out like an idiot, and embarrassed
