And how does that compare to the house value as a percentage?
We spent 160 on our house. Probably worth 200 or so now but that's mainly down to housing market change.
Spent 30k so far without even realising, bit worrying when we think about it, we love the house so much more now but I never envisioned spending this much.
How long did you spend the money over? For us it's over 5 years.
