I F27 been with my partner M28 for 2 years. We now have different sex drives. What should I do?

My sex drive has always been high & he made me believe his was too at the beginning by making comments like he was a freak ect. At the beginning we only used to see each other on weekends so we would always do it whenever we used to see each other. When we recently moved together it was often & I was always pleased, but now we only do it like 1-3 times a month. Ive been trying to tell him for the longest about my needs & trying to understand what changed & why now he doesn't want to or doesn't feel the need or desire to be with me sexually but the only thing he says is that hes always stressed about work and bills. I helped & now our bills are way less than what we used to pay before but nothing has changed. I don't feel desire or wanted at all. He's also not affectionate so he doesn't hug me or kiss me all day unless is to say good bye to me whenever he's leaving the house or going somewhere. I don't know what to do but Im so touch deprived, is sad..
