When should I ask to meet up irl?

I recently graduated from school and now I'm on summer holiday. There was a girl from school who I have a crush on so I added her on snapchat and she added me back, and we talked on and off for 2 days. However we haven't messaged each other for over a day. When we spoke on snapchat we talked about our university and career interests, then I diverted the conversation to our hobbies so I know a bit more about her. She didn't give dry responses or anything. But I don't want to just text her. I also want to meet up irl. So what kind of stuff could I say to her, and most importantly when should I say it? I really don't know how long to wait before I message her again. Thanks in advance for the advice.
