any occasion I attempted to socialize and find a romantic interest has finalized with defeat. I get too excited and freeze up, even though I show clear interest, I either disappoint them or they get bored of something or get annoyed with a trait i have but i don’t know what it is. Im currently being ghosted by a guy I spent 2 good weeks with. It hurts so much. I realized, the harder I try the worse it gets.

Relationships are hard to navigate. Of course I don’t know you or the situation as I am just reading a post on Reddit, however, could it be that you’re trying too hard? Sometimes this can be off putting to people, I will reiterate that I don’t know your situation but this could be what’s turning people away.
Sometimes it’s just taking time away from dating and working on yourself. This is where you can figure out what you want and need and what you deserve in a relationship. Low self- esteem can cause one to try very hard and not be their authentic self, running into problems like “freezing up” or “people getting annoyed with a trait”. Sometimes some self- reflection with a therapist can help find clarity.
