blunt people seem to have more friends or people who wouldn’t mind their problematic attitude while introverted people who mind their own business and aren’t very out there get avoided or walked all over?

For example at work: These people can say anything they’d like about how bad and annoying work is but would still get along great with the management team.

They don’t seem to consider people’s feelings sometimes and get disrespectful. But with all this, people don’t have a problem with them. I think that social media would usually describe these people as “even social anxiety fears them” lol.

It’s just all very confusing for me. Do they have social skills that somehow cover up their toxic traits? Are they manipulative? For someone who’s never been anything but nice to people, some of them have problems with me for no apparent reason but would love to hang around a problematic person?
