Hello, i'm a French student in an engineering school and i'm considering going to the US for an internship. But there are some things that worry/scare me and i want to discuss with americans to see if my fears are founded.
I'm scared of the political instability with the election comming soon that might create some chaos, i don't know how safe america will be for a foreigner in the comming months.
I'm also anxious about the gun problem, we hear so many things about it in Europe that i can't tell if America is really that dangerous.
Finally i'd like to know about the work culture in the US and maybe the companies to avoid with toxic work culture.
