What type of milk are you using? I like my tea milky, so I use a 1/3rd whole milk & 2/3rd water.
Literally a cloud of milk. The inbetween point where it goes from dark brown to light brown. Not a very scientific measurement..
A quarter of milk is a lot. Tea is meant to be watery!
3/4 tea, 1/4 milk
– 1/8 milk to 7/8 tea
– 1/5 milk to 4/5 coffee
Tiniest splash of milk. Just show it the udder.
About 95% tea and 5% milk. 80% coffee, 15% milk.
80% -85% tea (well brewed) then add milk and squeeze the bag for all it’s worth.
4/5 tea 1/5 milk. as it’ll be too cold.
About 1% milk.
Either you lot are bad at fractions or you’re making some weird tea.
I would say it’s about 5 parts tea to one part milk. I have also put condensed milk and cinnamon in the one I’m drinking now so I guess I’m the heretic really.
100% tea
Easy mate, this post is likely to elicit some strong opinions, might start a war.
Next you’ll be asking whether you put the milk or the tea first
1/20 milk
4/96 milk/tea
It’s really about the colour of the tea. Sticking to a standard ratio won’t work if you’re wanting to perfect your tea game.
Factors such as the tea used, how long it’s brewed for, the type of milk you’re using, will all be a factor of the ratio of milk required.
Tiny splash. Enough to show there’s milk in there but not enough to make it any lighter than aged mahogany.
No milk, I drink it black. It tastes exactly the same as with milk.
You don’t need to know this if you don’t put the milk in first!
Never measured it but would guess 10 tea to one milk
1/3 milk is far too much milk, if I had to estimate I’d say 1/20 milk to water (tea)
Third to a quarter milk. I like milky tea.
