For context, I'm 22 years old, and I have worked as a Paralegal since last September. I started off earning 21k, which was raised to £22,300 in April. I managed to get another Paralegal role and they have offered me £23,000 which I have accepted without any negotiation. I just want to know whether you think the progression I've made since last September is adequate or not essentially and what should I intend my next salary to be going forward.
