How strongly do you have to feel about a post or a comment that makes you downvote? Is it equal amount of feelings to the positive side that make you upvote? Do you ever just downvote certain u/ or posts under certain r/ because you don't like them?
This is more a psychology/sociology question that anything else. I can't believe some of the comments I see getting so much response. I don't read upvotes or downvotes as how the majority of society thinks, but it is an interesting straw poll to get varying opinions of people – usually wildly polarized.
