Possibly a fake profile?

So I (28m) matched with a girl on Facebook dating she was quite dry but at the end of the day gave me her number so I thought things were going ok. the next day she continued to be more dry and stopped messaging me which was pretty confusing I was just asking things to get to know her since she didn’t have anything on her profile at all and just basic pictures how else would I know anything about you? Anyways later on today I get a notification your new contact is on Snapchat and it’s her name with a guys emoji and the username is jayjay something. So I’m a bit of a stalker since I’ve been catfished a few times after we matched I found her on Facebook to confirm she was somebody I would actually talk to should I message and ask her if it was actually her? She did mention a recent breakup but still it just seems odd why your number would be linked to anyone else’s account?
