How can I fix the situation with somebody at work?

In the break room I was chillin for a while the girl who works in same place said hi to me. I drew a blank sayin g Hi umm like a couple times then she said it's ok couple times but feel like shes mad now. How do I explain or handle or explain that situation of forgetting her name?
