It is rather known by now that Southern states with large cities that don't have jobs that revolve around dying industries (GA, FL, NC, SC, TN, TX) are becoming more appealing for Northerners to move to–mainly because of more job opportunities, lower taxes, and warmer (albeit, rather more humid) weather.

So, that begs the question. When does the growth end? Everyone wanted to move to California a few decades ago but now everyone's leaving. Everyone wanted to move to the North for jobs since the start of the country but now everyone's leaving. When will the "turnaround" happen?
