Need help

I think my bf of almost 3 years might be cheating on me. I don’t know how to explain to him I was thinking about checking his phone for any evidence of this if he’s talking to other girls. The reason why I think this was because one day he told me he was going to his friends and the next thing I saw looking at his location he was at a hotel who goes too a hotel to smoke. Sometimes he even goes to the bathroom for a long period of time. I’m not sure if I’m over thinking or not. But I really love this boy and I don’t need someone getting in the way of our relationship. It just hurts to feel like I’m not enough for him no more or I don’t give him what he needs or I’m just stupid and over thinking. I feel mixed emotions right now and I need help. Should I look at his phone at night when he’s sleeping or take this somewhere else. Need help I’m actually in love with this boy and not sure what to do at this point. Help me please 😭
