Women who are no contact with their moms why ?

1. Because she is the human equivalent of a youtube comment section. She finds something rude and nasty to say about everything and anything I do. Getting a new job? Taking up a sport? Losing weight? Renovating the apartment? All somehow terrible and I should’ve done better.

   There are many other reasons but that was the one that eventually made me stop calling her.

2. Her and my dad were always turbo abusive and neglectful addicts when I was growing up between them, the foster system and outright homelessness.

   Joined the Army after 9/11, ended up fully cutting them off when I was in my early 20s, literally on leave from having Kid 2, and my husband and I found out that

   a. they were going to prison for what ended up being the final time

   b. I had a (much younger x10000) baby brother who they apparently had out of the blue due to “hrrdrr nostalgia” reasons

   We ended up getting custody of him as an infant and he turned into Kid 3 pretty much 5 minutes after we got him.

   Went from having a toddler and a newborn to basically having a toddler and twin newborns, albeit with one going through withdrawal due to no fault of his own.

   …that being said, kid’s taller than me now and turned out alright all things considered. But yeah that was the final straw on that.

3. She always brings up the women stereotypical cmnts & grades me down when I’m doing something out of her reach … If I kept on listening to her , i would never make it to abroad and get a job … Still forcing me up to marry a guy , she wants like WTF, leave me alone I’m beyond your reach LoL . Calling her once in a month is the only contact I have with her for the sake of paying my tuitions when I’m studying … Grow up Mom
