Does anyone feel rough when first changing their lifestyle? It’s a pretty big shift- I was eating Chinese takeout three times a week at least, sometimes more, on the other days I would eat other takeouts – try not to judge I’m just beating bad anxiety and depression.

For the last two weeks I’ve cut all takeouts and fast foods, been eating whole foods and protein shakes, chicken, rice, veg etc – been weight lifting 4x per week. I feel so tired, headachy, bit dizzy etc. did anyone else experience this?
