How do I (19F) tell my strict asian parents about my boyfriend (21M)?

I (19F) met my boyfriend (21M) online. We’re currently doing long distance because of college. I normally use my cousin as an excuse when I fly out to see him since they live in the same area. For context, I stay at my cousin’s house when I fly out. This December my dad will be tagging along and I wanted to introduce them and finally tell my dad the truth. However I’m afraid of my dad’s reaction. I’m afraid that once he knows the truth, he won’t let me fly out to see my boyfriend anymore if he disapproves. I’m aware that I’m an adult however I can’t exactly travel across the world without their permission. Any advices and thoughts?
