In some ways I feel that I'm an European citizen. Mostly when I can travel freely around by train or car without border checks, during Euro 2024 or Eurovision. Sometimes I meet or talk with other people from Europe and most importantly my girlfriend is German (I'm Dutch btw). But almost never during conversations I think about how we are all Europeans. Never felt the 'Big European Dream' if something like that even exists.
Does anyone share this feeling and what are your thoughts?
