Boyfriend doesn’t go down is it me???

So my boyfriend M46 and I F34 have been together just over a year. He is all about pleasing me but never likes going down on me. When we started going out he would do it quite frequently but as time goes on it’s maybe once every month or two. Is it something I did or does he just not like doing it? He’s said he loves it but don’t know if he’s just saying that.
