My boyfriend (25M) and I (24F) have been together for over two years. My birthday is in august, and last night I found out that he has planned to go on a vacation with his friends. He leaves ON my birthday. I had imagined he would spend the day with me? And for my birthday last year, he didn't even get me a present.
I think im just a bit hurt. Every year around the time of my birthday, im convinced people hate me, even my family. And now he doesn't want to spend it with me either? Do I just need to suck it up, or is it a bit weird. Be honest please.
