I’m 18 and i want to lose weight
For reference i’m 5’10 and weight about 175lbs
I’m not that active i guess i walk at least 7500 steps a day but im pushing that up to 10000
I do suppose its my diet but i was hoping for advice on a more healthier diet as well as exercise tips to try and drop about 20lbs
