My partner has just got herself excused from Jury Duty after having received a formal email stating as such and mail to be coming in the post. Good news. It's absolutely rubbish that you are almost legally forced to suffer financially, never mind the plans you had.
I've seen people state that you WILL be called again after 12 months, no ifs. Is this true? Do we have to be looking over our shoulders for the next one?
