I’ve watched Sam Vaknin and Richard Grannon, so it isn’t really understanding the disorders or the psychology, and this sub bans that anyway. I’m only interested in the process of recovery and what actually worked in making you feel better.

Lise Leblanc has been wonderful for me. Her youtube channel is all about, specifically, men recovering from relationships with Cluster B women. I don’t want to talk about disorders, just the aftermath and what helped in the worst situations.

I don’t quite know how to share feelings, yet, or where the appropriate space is to do that. Maybe it could be here? Idk.

I was thinking maybe we could share healing tips here.
