We all know where many white collar Ivy educated millionaires reside at: places like Weston, Wellesley, Dover, Carlisle, Lexington, Newton, Brookline, Cambridge, Downtown Boston, Greenwich, Scarsdale, Saddle River, Palo Alto, Atherton, etc, areas where >80% have at least bachelors. But what about blue collar millionaires? Those like the owner of a construction/landscaping firm, trucking firm, nail salon owners, or small restaurant chain owners like JP Fuji, Genki Ya, El Jefe's, etc?
