I slept with my best friend M/24 while drunk, should I tell my wife F/25?

I M/24 met my wife F/25 while we where in college, 3 years into dating I proposed to her and she said yes, we are now a year into our marriage. two nights ago i was at my best friends M/24 birthday party, my best friend is a heavy drinker and every event he enjoys clubbing and having fun. We had a long night of drinking and partying, both of us got completely wasted, I can barely remember what happened that night but the few things I do remember was him reaching down my pants, kissing me and eventually we did the deed, the next morning we both woke up naked in his bed. the issue is 1. I really do love him and 2. I really love my wife but I cant bring myself to tell her. What do I do? TLDR I slept with my best friend and I don't know whether to tell my wife
