If there is a better subreddit to post this in, please direct me there. We are going through redundancy consultation at work and aren't affiliated with a trade union. The company don't have a recognised trade union, so employee reps were nominated. The group consultation with reps has concluded and we have moved into the individual consultation stage. For individual consultation in these circumstances, do employees have the right to have a peer or employee reps present? Any material pointing to the law on this would be helpful, have had a look and couldn't find much on this question.

Also, in this context, more than 100 employees are being made redundant
