Hello,

I am 30 years old male. Height 5'7" and weight 69kgs. I am not getting morning wood and I discovered it's tied to sexual health as well.

I sleep at 12 in the night and wake up at 8-9 am in the morning. I work out heavy 4 times a week for 1.5hrs each session. I am making good progress in gym strength wise. I eat GNC multivitamins and Omega 3 fish tablets.

However, I have stopped getting morning wood since last 1.5 years. What should I do now?
