My (28F) boyfriend (31M) watches a lot, and i mean ALOT of porn. Daily, i assume multiple times daily. When I first discovered this, it really really messed me up. Not because i think it’s “cheating” per se, but because he just never came off as the kind of guy that watches it. I’m not a stranger to porn but it really just doesn’t interest me, especially when im in a relationship where we have sex pretty much daily.
We have argued for months about this and im really trying my best to remember that it’s just porn, he loves me, and it’s not affecting our sex life or at least not that i notice. But the thing im very confused/concerned about is that he watches it without jacking off. Like how someone would watch reels or TikTok’s, he watches porn. If he is driving alone or alone on break at work or if i go to bed early, he watches it.
Ive never had an ex do this and ive never heard of anyone doing this. I just always thought that if you’re horny and can’t have sex right that moment, watch porn, get one off, done. But apparently he thinks otherwise? Of course like any female, I don’t like my boyfriend looking at other naked women but oh well. Anyone else watch porn just to watch it? Or do I have a right to be questioning it?
