How do I stop caring about what people think of me?

I want to stop being so scared of talking in fornt of people or anything really. I want a job that will mean that I will be in fornt of millions of people (maybe) but I'm so scared that people would like me or that I will do something wrong. I need some advice on how to stop caring if people don't like me.
