Is this normal in a marriage.

I track the days my husband and I have sex on my period tracker. This month we did not have sex at all. On average we have sexy 1-2 times a month. Last year I counted and in total we only had sex 17 times. I go to my husband last night fyi we didn’t have sex at all this month and he sighed and said “I’m sorry -long pause- we should get some sleep.” And that’s it. I definitely have a higher sex drive than him but this is getting frustrating. He will touch me everywhere when we’re in bed but we barely have sex. If any men can give me their perspective on this a women just overall advice or your viewpoint on this. I feel like 17 times in a year is … nothing.
