In England American cinema is the most popular, I would say, and also British films. Bollywood movies can also be found screened more easily than others.
In Italy I remember being able to find Italian, French and Spanish films in cinemas, together with the usual Hollywood ones. At some point Korean films started becoming very popular.
In Germany I found out many titles of German films were available in cinemas, and I realised rarely I've seen a German film screened in Italy or in the UK.
